This is just my opinion.
With the modern technology that we have today, there is a possibility that the earth's weather is manipulated to advance the agendas of highly industrialized countries to prevent places to rise up as predicted in the bible. They are doing it through nature to hide their intentions. These two places always becomes a target of terrorism and a destructive weathers. If we examine the pattern, there is a great possibility that past destructive events were done with a purpose, not a natural phenomena. Let us examine first how some of the modified weathers are done.
Here's an article I read pertaining to China's manipulation of weather. Although this weather modification isn't new because the US and Europe are modifying weather since more than 30 years ago and it doesn't excuse them as guilty for modifying the storm that hit our country hard. If you're familiar with the video games "Red Alert 2", you'll know the Allied superweapon: The weather control device; capable of creating powerful thunderstorms. It's just a game but it's true!

"Call it a conspiracy theory, China has succeeded in literally changing the weather, a new study claim. As the South China Morning Post report, researchers say that during the Chinese Communist Party's centennial celebration, over the summer, weather authorities successfully modified weather above to clear sky. They did so using cloud seeding technology, a long-studied but controversial process that involve shooting silver iodide particles into the clouds, with the idea of attracting water droplets to modify the weather. The paper, by researchers at China Tsinghua University, comes a year after reports that China was dramatically expanding their weather modification program to a test area of 5.5 millions square miles... by the year 2025... that's bigger than the entire country of India.
Though this isn't the first time China has used cloud-seeding technology... it's been dabbling. This appears to be both one of the most successful and also largest-scale test conducted not just by the CCP, but in the world. It was not also publicized, and part of the Tsinghua researchers' paper focused on the evidence they found that cloud seeding had actually taken place which included eyewitness reports of rockets being launched into the sky from the mountains outside of Beijing before July 1 centennial, and accounts of rocket debris after the fact. Though areas of United States and other countries have tried to use cloud seeding technology to change the weather, professional China-worriers have expressed concerns that the CCP may use it for nefarious military ends even though the US military has been trying to make it rain since at least 1967. The successful and large-scale operation in Beijing does, however, raise important questions about potential military usage of technology. If one country is able to control its own weather, it could in theory do so elsewhere -- which is unwelcome news for anyone who isn't invested in forever war. Moreover, while cloud seeding is often touted as a potential solution for the megadroughts of the not so distant future, the technology hasn't been successful for long enough to measure how it effect natural weather pattern."
Looking at what China is doing, it's disrespecting other people, other nationality to live freely, breath the same air and have a rain showers and storms formed naturally. I'm not accussing China here, the US and Europe are more guilty than they!

The Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx), launched by Harvard University scientists, aims to examine this solution by spraying non-toxic calcium carbonate (CaCO3) dust into the atmosphere — a sun-reflecting aerosol that may offset the effects of global warming."
"Widespread research into the efficacy of solar geoengineering has been stalled for years due to controversy. Opponents believe such science comes with unpredictable risks, including extreme shifts in weather patterns not dissimilar to warming trends we are already witnessing. Environmentalists similarly fear that a dramatic shift in mitigation strategy will be treated as a green light to continue emitting greenhouse gases with little to no changes in current consumption and production patterns."
"SCoPEx will take a small step in its early research this June near the town of Kiruna, Sweden, where the Swedish Space Corporation has agreed to help launch a balloon carrying scientific equipment 12 miles (20 km) high. The launch will not release any stratospheric aerosols. Rather, it will serve as a test to maneuver the balloon and examine communications and operational systems. If successful, this could be a step towards a second experimental stage that would release a small amount of CaCO3 dust into the atmosphere.
David Keith, a professor of applied physics and public policy at Harvard University, recognizes the “very many real concerns” of geoengineering. It is true that no one knows what will happen until the CaCO3 is released and then studied afterward. Keith and fellow SCoPEx scientists published a paper in 2017 suggesting that the dust may actually replenish the ozone layer by reacting with ozone-destroying molecules. “Further research on this and similar methods could lead to reductions in risks and improved efficacy of solar geoengineering methods,” write the authors of the paper."
"The exact amount of CaCO3 needed to cool the planet is unknown, and SCoPEx scientists similarly cannot confirm whether it is the best stratospheric aerosol for the job. Early research suggests that the substance has “near-ideal optical properties” that would allow it to absorb far less radiation that sulfate aerosols, causing significantly less stratospheric heating. This is the purpose of the experiment: once a safe, experimental amount of CaCO3 is released, the balloon will fly through it, sampling atmospheric reactions and recording resulting dynamics. Frank Keutsch, the project’s principal investigator, does not know what the results might bring. The perfect aerosol would not immediately tamper with stratospheric chemistry at all: “The only thing it would do is scatter maximum sunlight and hence cool down the planet.”
"Proponents of geoengineering have cited the global cooling effects of volcanic eruptions that result from the introduction of sulfuric ash into the atmosphere. The 1815 eruption of Mount Tambora in Indonesia resulted in the “year without a summer,” while the 1991 eruption of Mount Pinatubo in the Philippines lowered global average temperatures by 0.5° C. Deliberate introduction of similar particles could potentially counter decades of greenhouse gas emissions. A report by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change suggested the SCoPEx procedure could lower global temperatures by a full 1.5° C for no more than $1-10 billion a year."
From this article, all I can say is that, if this project will push through, I'm 100% confident it will... who gives the right to the rich and famous guy to have control of the earth's sunlight? Who gives him the world authority? Unless that authority is given to him by the devil himself! The devil is the ruler of this world! Matthew 4:8-9, "{8} Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them; {9} And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me." Just one conclusion, the rich and famous works with prince of the power of the air. Also, the sunlight that everyone enjoys freely will come with a cost, yes, the nature itself will not be free in the future. That's the thinking of economic elites nowadays. You know what punishment await for them for this kind of blasphemy? Revelation 16:8-9, "{8} And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the sun; and power was given unto him to scorch men with fire. {9} And men were scorched with great heat, and blasphemed the name of God, which hath power over these plagues: and they repented not to give him glory." All the elites who conspired to hoard the earth nature will surely be scorched with great heat from the sun.
Now, we see how some countries modified the earth's weather for the purpose of having a good weather condition on their places thus allowing some other areas to experience a bad weather conditions. We can attribute to them as culprit for the destructive weather we experienced in our land. And they have the guts to shout to the world for "climate change". Really hypocrites! But why us? Why is our country always the target of this modified storm? My conclusion is that, the political elites of these places are the emnity of the true Israel. We are just so blinded that's why most of us won't see it. But these elites will do everything in their power so that the northern tribes of Israel will not rise up. Yes! They know something we don't know, they know that we will be a threat to them if we rise up. That's why they will do all they can to keep us low, poor and broken. But they can't stop the prophecy of Messiah (Yahusha). Matthew 12:41-42, "{41} The men of Nineveh shall rise in judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: because they repented at the preaching of Jonas; and, behold, a greater than Jonas is here. {42} The queen of the south shall rise up in the judgment with this generation, and shall condemn it: for she came from the uttermost parts of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon; and, behold, a greater than Solomon is here." And what are these places? The Philippines and Kurdistan! This is the reason why they sent a strong typhoons to keep our place low and broken. From super typhoons like 'Ruping' in the '90s, super typhoon 'Yolanda' in 2013 and the latest is super typhoon 'Odette' in 2021 and many other typhoons. And what's amazing is that, typhoon 'Odette' intensified to super typhoon category 5 in less than three day and it intensified from a 100++ kph wind to a 200++ wind in less than 24 hours! They said the condition of the sea made the storm stronger, or really? In this time of the year, we have a typhoon but a less destructive wind with an excessive rainfalls. That is the usual Philippines weather pattern. Unless someone manipulated it to be a destructive one and thus targeting 'the queen city of the south', Cebu to prevent it from rising! The problem is, most will not recognize them because they planted deception and it covered the world today. The deception can't be overcome so easily because we were trained to believe a lie through education and science. The only way to overcome it is to have a 'stronger faith of Messiah Yahusha' to be victorious and break the curse of believing a lie! 2 Thessalonians 2:11-12, " {11} And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: {12} That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness." Elohim (God) permitted the populate to be deceived so that the unrighteous will be damned and those who seek the 'light' will find Messiah Yahusha. Surely, a 'light' will shine upon us as prophesied by Isaiah; Isaiah 60:1-2, ""{1} Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of "YAHUAH" is risen upon thee. {2} For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but "YAHUAH" shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee." And these two places, Philippines and Kurdistan, will rise up for sure. It's forming right before our eyes! You will know the location of lost northern tribes of Israel if you track down the movement of the Islamic warriors (Jihadist) called the ISIS. They attacked northern Syria and northern Iraq, the Kurds specifically, Kurdistan, location of some of the northern tribes of Israel. Then, ISIS and Abu Sayyaf attacked Marawi in Southern Philippines, location of some of the northern tribes of Israel (Ephraim and Manasseh) is in the Philippines. See the pattern! Satan and his minions will not stop attaking these two lands to prevent them from rising!
And what country or countries which has a greater emnity toward us! It's the land of Japhet (Europe) and the country they made like the US. They could be the remnant of Amaklekites (Edom/Esau bloodline) who was prophesied by Moses as the enemy for the true Israel for generation to generation. Exodus 17:16, "For he said, Because "YAHUAH" hath sworn that the "YAHUAH" will have war with Amalek from generation to generation." The remnant of the children of king Herod, the Edomites (could be a remnant of Amalek)- Esau's minus bloodline who mixed with pharisees and sadducees bloodlines and migrated to Europe after Jerusalem and the temple were destroyed in 70 AD. They became the western Europe's monarchy, top political elites and US top political elites. Therefore, there is a great possibility that they are the cause of our miseries because of destructive weather they created and terrorism!
I'm not downplaying China here, he has a role play too. China's time will come soon, they will create a tsunami to attack our land! But they'll never succeed! An earthquake will swallow the flood because Messiah Yahusha will save us and will protect us. Revelation 12:15-16, "{15} And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood. {16} And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth." Why is satan wanted to attack our land first? Because satan's role is to prevent the reconciliation of the tribes of Israel, and Ephraim, who were given by Yacob (Jacob) to have the firstborn right will be the one to initiate the return of the tribes of Israel to the promised land. Satan will prevent this to happen, but again, he will never succeed! And what country is associated with a great red dragon as described in Revelation 12, it's China! Also, our country is surrounded by trenches and these trenches will open and will swallow the water, the flood. There is also a possibility that the earth will go back to its original form before the flood. Back then, the earth were surrounded by Rivers from Eden. The earth's trenches itself are the mega rivers from Eden that flow all around the earth and there were no oceans back then! This is prophesied by John in Revelation, so it will happen!
Here's a comments from a foreigner in a video of one of my favorite vlogger about their experience of super typhoon Odette and its aftermath: "Your daughter is joy to watch and just see her shine through difficult times she will be unstoppable in her life to see her parents coping well! Your picking up and setting a high standard that you are not waffling that you are there to support your community that need you. Not everyone has the ability to video their lives and your helping us see through your eyes! I hope someday for the evil doers of this horrific event are eventually found and justice prevails." I was a little bit shocked when I read this comment especially the last one where she said, "the evil doers of this horrific event are eventually found and justice prevail". Maybe she's got a hint that the past tragedy was caused by a modified storm! This is also my belief!
The earth natural flow and weather conditions are altered by the rich countries for their own gains disrespecting other people, the least fortunate countries to savour what the nature will provide them. And this is happening more frequent now with a new technology, surely, we are on the edge of this generation now! We are close to the end times! Genesis 6:11-12, "{11} The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence. {12} And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth." A great punishment is awaiting the earth because of the greediness of minus bloodline who conspired with the fallen angels by messing with the earth's nature.
