The 1st Seal. The White Horseman and was given to him a crown and a bow, and he went forth conquering and to conquer. But in "toxon", the arrow is dip in a poison, and "toxon" was the origin of the English word, toxic and intoxicate. Therefore, the White Horseman has a "crown", or "corona", and a "bow and arrow" (the design of injection is like a minature bow and arrow), and he conquered the world. And because he created lots of variant of the virus, he still have to conquer the world. This is exactly what's happening in the world today! The latest version of New Zealand's pandemic plan, which serves as a blueprint for the rest of the world to follow, includes provisions to allow law enforcement and even NATO to enforce the government's mandatory vaccination agenda.
Published on July 12, the updated plan arrived just one week after the Bill Gates-bankrolled World Health Organization (WHO) sent Dr. Peter Hotez to tell the world that both the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) should be allowed to punish "anti-vaxxers" in the United States. Hotez also mentioned deploying NATO as a weapon against domestic populations that refuse to get jabbed.
A modified version of the Civil Defense Emergency Management Act of 2002, the updated plan grants special powers to government officials to override the law during an "epidemic" or "emergency" to keep the public "safe" from harm.
The updated plan specifies three special powers that are allowed during a "threat:"
1) The power to detain, isolate, or quarantine persons, places, buildings, ships, vehicles, aircraft, and animals
2) The power to prescribe preventive treatment like pharmaceutical drugs or vaccines to people – those who refuse will fall into the first special power category
3) The power to allow police forces to "do anything reasonably necessary (including the use of force) to help a medical officer of health or any person authorised by the medical officer of health in the exercise or performance of powers or functions under sections 70 or 71"
That third bullet point is especially threatening in that it allows weapons-brandishing state agents to harm people who refuse to submit to the enforcement of these special powers.
And WHO, WEF, and Bill Gates set their eyes on the next pandemic that will be so severe and they called it SEERS 2025 - Severe Epidemic Enterovirus Respiratory Syndrome 2025. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth."
The 4th Seal, the Pale Horseman: and his name that sat on him was Death. How is it possible? The Pale Horseman separate himself to the plan of Salvation, and is promoting his plan for immortality, Satan ultimate plan to us all: "You shall be as gods", Genesis 3:5! He already signed the covenant with death, he is the first to modify his DNA and implant a chip inside his brain, and he carries with him the mark of the beast. No more salvation in him, he is destined to condemnation, a sure death of soul in the day of judgment, that's why Sheol, or Hades, or Underworld (Hell) accompanied or followed him. And he give power to his minions over the fourth part of the earth, or one fourth (1/4) of the earth (this is basically dryland, the dwelling of men; and three fourth {3/4} of the earth is water or oceans) to force humanity to sign with the covenant with death, and to modify their DNA to be other than men or transhumans, or you will be killed!
1. Kill with sword, or war - they will make wars to communities or countries who don't want to have a covenant with death, and have the mark of the beast. They will execute people who don't want to be "mark" by beheading.
2. Kill with hunger, or famine - there will be no food supplies for communities or countries who don't want to have a covenant with death. The Pale Horseman control the groceries and supermarkets in major cities world wide, and you can't buy or sell without the "mark".
3. Kill with plague, or pestilence, or pandemic, or death - there will be a deadly variant of corona virus (100% kill rate; disease X?) and its so lethal that one has to modify his DNA, and implant a chip in him in order to live, but no more salvation in him, he will be destined to condemnation; or you choose to be killed by the deadly variant of the virus, but a sure salvation of soul. It's your choice!

Kill with the beast of the earth (a sign that the mark of the beast is already here with us) - the minions of the Pale Horseman will modify the DNA of the beast of the earth and chips will be implanted in them. The plannedemic 2.0, or I mean, the pandemic 2.0 will soon conquer the world in preparation for DNA modification. Brothers, you should not be ignorant of this mystery; what mystery? That all of us are deceived, all of us are blinded. And in order to prevent of knowing the truth prior to appointed time, you should be wise in your own excessive prides or vanities or conceits (perils will fall to you if you know all these things prior to an appointed time). That "blindness" in part is happened to the children of Yashar'el, until the fulness of the Gentiles or the fulness of the iniquity of the global elites be come in. When will be the fulness of the global elites be come in? I'm not prophesying that 2025 is the beginning of the Pandemic 2.0 or the worst pandemic. The idea is based on the propaganda of the global elites which appointed this thing to happen at their appointed time, 2025. As early as now, Filipinos must realized that the western narrative or liberal narrative carried by our society and propagadized by the mass media, caused us to be blinded. If we don't disconnect to the narrative of this world, we will be put in the worst situation when the agenda of human extinction is on the go, and the plannedemic 2.0 will hit us hard.
